By purchasing and using Your SaaS Name, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this license agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase or use this product.

Payment Terms

• All purchases are one-time payments - no recurring charges
• Payments are processed securely through our payment provider
• All sales are final - no refunds after download/repository access
• Prices are subject to change but won't affect existing purchases
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes

Intellectual Property & Copyright

The Your SaaS Name template code and all associated materials remain the intellectual property of the creators. Your license grants you the right to use the code but not ownership of the intellectual property itself.

You retain full ownership and copyright of any websites you build using this template.

Warranty Disclaimer

THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the code
• That the code will be error-free or uninterrupted
• That any defects will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the code
• Issues arising from third-party services integrated in the template

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license.

Support is provided as follows:

Lifetime Updates

All customers receive lifetime access to all future updates, bug fixes, and new features. Updates are delivered through the private GitHub repository. We reserve the right to modify the update delivery method with prior notice.

License Termination
